IdeaSoft is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team. If you are a proactive, results-oriented, positive person with good communication and presentation skills, we are waiting for you.

Requirements

Experience of working as a Project Manager at least for 2 years;
Experience with Blockchain projects, at least for 1 year;
Technical background and a stride to get acquainted with new technologies;
Understanding of software development lifecycle;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building;
Experience in working with requirements, risk management;
Excellent communication skills;
Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English;
High level of self-organization, attention to details;
Knowledge of management tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders;
Technical documentation creating / updating (Use Cases), Functional and Nonfunctional requirements, System Requirements Specification;
Administrative support for project participants;
Establishment of the management on software development process on the project;
Communication with customers of the project;
Creation of project plan;
Tasks prioritization, progress control;
KPI control on the project, time reports checking (time report’s based KPI creation);
Risk management and change management;
Elaborating and documenting of new requirements.
